HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR MON FEB 21

Cardio today, I did Intensity plus the bootcamp will work abs later. Even though a holiday I am going into work for a couple of hours. My son is having a osteochondroma removed from his knee (basically a benign bone tumor, thank goodness,waiting for that MRI was nerve wracking) tomorrow so I am switching some hours around. Have good workouts everyone
 
Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Monday.

Did 2 sets/18 reps with each superset. 1 minute rest between each set.

Workout went quick.

Leg Extensions - 45# (up 5#)
ss w/
Hammer Curls - 17's (up 2#)

SS #2
Hamstring Curls - 40# (no increase)
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 11's (up 1#)

SS #3
Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 25's (up 5#)
ss w/
Double-Arm Dumbbell Rows - 25's (up 5#)

Then I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. Felt good to stretch. Love this stretch workout.

I'm off today because I have to do invoicing on Friday. So I'm going to enjoy a quiet day with a pellet stove fire and reading.

This morning I did High Reps 65 min 361 calories. Then I did Intensity step only ,36 min,303 cal. Total time 1hr 41min 661cal.
