Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Mon April 9

I worked out today and feel a little better, I haven't worked out since Thursday. This TOTM is killing me this time. Still have a headache.

Total body today and I had a fairly good workout, went heavy. Probably too heavy. :D


4 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each set. Good stuff!

Underhand Barbell Rows - 75#

Incline Barbell Press - 80#

Leg Press Station - 230#

Stiff Leg Deads - 75#

Barbell Curls - 55#

Close Grip Bench Press - 85#

This morning I did Amy's Step Challenge 4 Premix NRG power, 47 min, 350 calories, Max HR 163. I then put in Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout # 4 but quit when she started the superman with weighted shoulder stuff. My neck and shoulders are sore. So that was 11 min and 66 calories. I will rethink the weight work.
My neck and head really has been making me crazy lately. It really limits my workouts.

Debbie, I am glad that you are feeling better. Sorry about the headache still lingering. That is so frustrating.

Roselyn, are you doing a rotation or just doing whatever you feel like.
