2011, where did the year go, I wish all of you a happy, healthy 2011.

Today I did Rapid Fire love it.

Celebrating my sister's birthday today, taking my Christmas tree down, everything else is down, I hate taking all the brightly lit decorations down. Oh well, it has to be done. Enjoy the day everyone.
 
My workout this morning was Intensity premix step, high hiit, & Bootcamp 59 min 555 calories, Avg HR 141 Max HR 167. I then did 10 Minute Solution 5 Day Get Fit with Amy Bento abs 10 min 64 calories, and Power Yoga 11 minutes 49 calories. Total calories burned was 648 and time spent was 80 minutes. I stayed up with my granddaughters till 1 am playing games and watching movies:D

Roselyn, I took all of my Christmas stuff down last week so I didn't have to try to do it with the grandbaby down. It is uplifting looking at all of the pretty lights and glitter. I have a birthday party to prepare for tomorrow. So I am premaking the cake and lasagne today.
 
Hi everyone! My first workout of the new year was the upper body segments from High Reps, and then I learned combo 6 from Tracey Staehle's Step SweatfestII. I would have done more but the fiance was being deliberately distracting! Grrr! Oh well, I'm actually not up for much after last night's party. I didn't drink much (and I left two and a half hours between my last drink and driving), but I didn't make it to bed till 4 a.m.

I don't know if I mentioned it before but my mom got me a cheesecake recipe magazine with loads of recipes and it's been great. I made chocolate covered cheesecake squares to take to my sister's party last night and everyone raved about them. I've also done an eggnog cheesecake to give to my best friend's fam and apparently that was yummy too! I'm going to make another one today for here at my mom's house. =)

Hermia, I love cheesecake. That is a huge weakness for me. I made an amaretto cheesecake that we had last night. Tracey's Step Sweatfest is a good one. I haven't dont it in quite some time. I get new workouts and tend to forget the older ones.
