Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. May 20

I forgot to bring my log but I think I can do this from memory:) I did Supreme 90 day 88 Total Body 35 min 227 cal, then I did Intensity Step mix 36 min 285 cal max HR 159. Total time 71 min 512 cal
 
Yesterday was yoga class...I was already sore in my upper body from sts the day before and then I became even more sore after all the chaturangas. Today is a rest day although I may do some abs later and maybe some stretching.
 
Meals today were
1- Coffee and whey protein shake
2-salad with broccoli and spinach along with Schwan's fajita chicken and salsa with a little ranch dressing
3- Bring it Kitchen sink soup which is a basic recipe with suggestions on veggies and spices.

Hermia, yoga can really hit the upper body even more than one would think. Certain workouts that I have, I start to wonder why I chose them to use right after an upper body workout. You probably really worked upper body well.
