HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR FRI MAR 25

Seriously, my DH just left to go play bball, it is 5:30 and he tells me it is sleeting out, will this never end?

Well, anyway, today was cardio and I did aTF 60 and a TF Hiit 20, the 60 is about 60 minutes with cooldown so I went right into the Hiit.

Eats

M1-Immunity museli (Oxygen Mag)
M2-protein shake with some good stuff in it, have not decided yet
M3-tuna sandwich, apple
M4-egg whites, scrambled
M5-fish (don't know what kind yet) veggies, salad

My abs are sore! :D

Today was cardio again, it was suppose to be yoga but I did my stretch workout on Tuesday due to Aunt Flo.

I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Sean and I had a really excellent workout. No knee pain and no inner thigh pain. I had tightness in my inner thigh, but it happened in both so I figured it was becasue I haven't been on my treadmill in quite a while. It was more a tightness of doing something new. I was able to get through an entire hour workout without pain.

CARDIO STATS:
60 minutes total
7 minutes below zone
14 minutes in zone
41 minutes above zone
505 calories burned
3 miles travelled

I gotta do invoicing today but I'm off on Monday. Which is cool because dh and I are going to a small town near us and have breakfast there. It's our favorite place to ride to in the summer on our motorcycles. :)

Roselyn - I KNOW!!! I went out to my car this morning and it was FREEZING out!!! Winter seems to be back. How frustrating!

I had to get up at 4:30 today to take the girls to school Workout was not as long but I felt it was good :D Supreme 90 cardio challenge and added Intensity Bootcamp. 53 min 421 calories. Since I had to come this way I decided to get my car cleaned. When. I get home I will post eats.

Debbie did you see I posted the recipe yesterday? A ride and breakfast sounds fun.

Roselyn , they are talking near freezing temps here.

Diane Sue - Yes, I seen it. Looks really good. I copied and printed it. Thank you! And I doubt we'll be riding, it's still WAY too cold here. But my car gets good gas mileage so we'll be taking that. I can't wait for summer so we can ride out there again. Nice workout! :)

Debbie, I wondered about the ride. It has got up to 80 here recently. DH said he bought his Hawaii temps here with him. Soon as he leaves it starts cooling off. But going for a drive and breakfast is still fun:D I am sure you will both enjoy your time together.
We got one ride on our Harley. I won't dog them though because it is the user's fault that it would not start. It is too new for problems. My son plugged in the battery tender, but I guess someone tripped over the cord or something because I saw it unplugged and figured it was not that important. A day on that got it up and running. DH ran me through the steps and I now know to keep it plugged in and how to start it. Now I just need to be brave like you and learn to ride one. This is a really heavy bike though. A Classic. I think maybe I need a scooter LOL

Diane Sue - You have to plug in your motorcycle? I've never heard that before. Mine is at my mom's in her garage and every week I just go over there and start it to let the battery charge. My bike is a 250 and it isn't really heavy. If you do ever decide to ride one yourself, don't go for the heavy ones. You'll never be able to stop and turn. I want to get a 650 this summer or next, but I'm afraid I won't be able to hold it up.

Debbie, yes, we have a battery tender that you plug in. I guess it is for reassurance that it will start after not riding for awhile. I will just go out and start it every couple of weeks though so we don't have to worry.
We had a gold wing once that I had to move. I realized then that I would need something lighter. I am sure once you are used to it, it would be fine. One of the assistants in my dentist office rides one. She has a seat for her little girl on the back and takes her to daycare in the mornings. They sure save on fuel. When we fill up I can remember filling up my car for that:rolleyes:
