This morning I worked chest and back, and then kickboxing from Rapid Fire

4 sets, 6 reps

flat bench warm ups 12 reps 35# and 37#

flat bench press 50#
Barbell rows 55#

Chest flys 21#
One arm row 26#

Incline Bench Press 50#
Deadlifts 75#

Incline chest flys 21#
One arm horizontal row 26#

That is it, these are my planned eats for the day:

B-Protein pancakes, (made with oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg whites)
S-apple
L-protein shake with peanut butter and 1/2 banana
S-greek yogurt
D-fish, veggies, salad
 
Yesterday I did the cardio premix from Tracey's Hi/Lo Medball. It was a lot of fun and went by quick. It was about 30 min and that was all I had time for :) Wednesday I did Element Yoga for Stress Relief. I felt a like a melted stick of butter after I finished that, it was FANTASTIC :D Today I am not sure, I know a nap will be on the agenda :eek:

Lori-I hope you get a break soon, I have been thinking about you and how you were holding up :)
 
Morning, :D

Man, am I happy it is Friday:p Went for drinks after work a few glasses of Merlot and I was buzzed…….:cool:

Alarm went off, got up then laid back down, slept a bit longer. When I JUMPED:eek: :eek::eek:up it was almost 5am got moving quickly. I did Candace with only enough time to finish the workout, and not enough time to cool it down. Happy:D I managed to do something.

387 cals burned

Today was cardio and I chose Rapid Fire. I did all the Shadow Boxing segments plus the 2nd Kickboxing segment which I've only done once. I like it, that one is a really fun combo. Lots of kicking. Then I did the floor ab work from this workout and I love that also. I used an 8# med ball with it and got an excellent burn.

My left knee is really bothering me, it hurts on top of the knee and it sort of looks swollen. Not sure why, I didn't twist it or hurt it so I have no idea why it hurts so much. I will ice it later.

I can't give cardio stats because my HRM decided not to work today. Instead of getting frustrated with it I just took it off and did the wokrout. I know I had a great one because my HR was way up and I was sweating lots.

Nice workouts Rosely, Theresa and Teddygirl! Theresa, I have that Med Ball workout, I'll have to try it, I think I did it once and liked it. Thanks for reminding me!!!

Going the the International Motorcycle show today with dh, it's his birthday so we plan on going out to eat and hitting the show. :)

Crazy busy day here. I did my rotation with Lower Body blast, S&H, and B&G. I added Jackie Warrens crunchless abs and finshed with Kelly Coffeys Bootcamp stretch. Total time was 92 minutes and calories burned 525.
I hit the doctor and I have a sinus infection so more medicine. Then I hit tha hospital to see my newborn adopted grandchild. He is 5"9 oz. I then did a quick drop by the house and to a travel agent. I am going to meet dh in Vegas:D That should be fun. It is supposed to be sleeting and snowing here. Getting to the airport may be a trial.

Debbie, it sounds like you enjoyed the workout. I like Kickbox 2. I think I have hit that one more than 1. Shadowboxing is fun and I like all of the abs segments. I hope that you enjoy the motorcycle show. That would be fun.

Teddy, good for you getting that workout in despite the alarm. A lot of people would have just given it up.

Lori, it sounds like you are getting your workouts in even though you are burning the candles at both ends. I hope that you can find a comfort zone somewhere.
