I started my workout with a slow steady jog and then onto disc-3 Legs + bonus. I really love this workout, I fine it to be very well rounded.

I need to create my own STS speed sheets for all the workouts, I haven't time now:eek: I did match Cathe reps and her weights. I will check back with you guys later I have a 10am doctor appt, tty guy soon;)

Today was Shoulders and Traps and I had a really good workout. Also worked my abs.

1 minute rest between each set.

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)

Barbell Overhead Press - 55#/8 reps - 3 sets

Upright Rows - 50#/10 reps - 3 sets

Hammer Hold Front Raises - 12's/12 reps - 3 sets
***These burned big time.

Lateral Raise - 12's/15 reps - 3 sets
***These also burned big time.

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 3 sets

TRAPS
Dumbbell Shrugs - 40's/20 reps - 3 sets

ABS
High Reps Ab Work
***This is the 2nd time I did this workout. Last time I couldn't make it through all the reps. This time I did much better. Love this one!

Teddy - I agree with your comment about the workout :); the disks are well put together and thought out. It's fun to watch someone else progress through the program. Nice work today.

Debbie - Guess I'll have to try the High Reps abs :) . Good work today.

Roselyn - Good cardio mix today. That was a lot of hard work - but your choices looked fun, too.

Cheryl - I am not done with my Christmas shopping, either. Unlike you, I have zero underlying reason for this, except it just seems to happen every year :eek: I'll hopefully finish up this weekend, and that will actually be quite early for me :eek:

Hermia - Good to hear from you :) What did you think of High Reps (isn't that the one you said you did)? Also, if you haven't been doing a lot of cardio, I can imagine that Intensity might have seemed pretty ... intense (I almost said shocking, but that was the last series ;) ). Cathe wasn't messing around with this one (not that she ever does). I do like the way it's broken up into smaller segments. Sounds like you've been getting in good workouts. Do you have some time off over Christmas?

Yesterday, I did Lower Body Blast (floorwork but no bonus leg conditioning drills). I like this one. Had a better sense of what weights I needed, and had a good workout. I also did a half hour 50/10 work/rest mix of mostly bodyweight drills, a few light weights on some of the moves. Today, I'll be doing STS week 3, meso 3, chest and back, as well as Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. I think I will be starting up again with month 2 on Monday, or some time early in the week.

I had to make my workout a little shorter this morning so I could make it to my hair appointment. I did Cathe's High Reps Lower body premix 35 minutes 216 calories. then I did Amy Bento's Advanced High Step Challenge 4 Quick energy premix 29:38 minutes 235 calories, Avg HR 132, Max 155. Total workout time was 65 minutes and calories 451. That really bugged me.
