Cheryl - I am not done with my Christmas shopping, either. Unlike you, I have zero underlying reason for this, except it just seems to happen every year

I'll hopefully finish up this weekend, and that will actually be quite early for me

What did you think of High Reps (isn't that the one you said you did)? Also, if you haven't been doing a lot of cardio, I can imagine that Intensity might have seemed pretty ... intense (I almost said shocking, but that was the last series

). Cathe wasn't messing around with this one (not that she ever does). I do like the way it's broken up into smaller segments. Sounds like you've been getting in good workouts. Do you have some time off over Christmas?
Yesterday, I did Lower Body Blast (floorwork but no bonus leg conditioning drills). I like this one. Had a better sense of what weights I needed, and had a good workout. I also did a half hour 50/10 work/rest mix of mostly bodyweight drills, a few light weights on some of the moves. Today, I'll be doing STS week 3, meso 3, chest and back, as well as Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. I think I will be starting up again with month 2 on Monday, or some time early in the week.
