Morning Guys:)

So Happy it is Friday! This morning, did 45 minute slow and steady jog, that’s it!

Diane: Your workout yesterday rocked! Nice Job! Curious who is Supreme 90?

Debbie: Yep the one in Solon I love their stuff. Have you ever been to Talbots Outlet? They have a fabulous sale going on. I brought 2 linen skirts white and tan for 16 bucks they were originally $79.

Roselyn: Hi, nice workout today as always:)

My workout this morning was Supreme 90 Day Tabata Inferno 43 min, 352 calories Max HR 161. I bought Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack yesterday so did Level 2(this is very much cardio oriented incorporating abs and using weights) 34 min 266 calories max hr 155. I was thinking after I started that after Tabata Inferno I was doing a lot of burpies, and mountain climbers. I finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow Fire and Water Segment which is slower paced than some of the segments and a nice stretch. 20 min, 91 calories. Total workout time was 97 min and calories burned 709.

Teddy, here is a link to Supreme 90 Day.http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=supreme+90+day I am really enjoying it and the workouts are not terribly long. Even though they are shorter they take full advantage of the time spent. Weights are incorporated into every workout except the Ultimate Ball workout.

Roselyn, we are supposed to have a nice warm day here today. I am hoping to get some planting done:) I liked Jullian's 6 pack abs. It is a good workout and nice calorie burner.

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach Mixes that I made up. It was an hour long and I made it all the way through. My breathing was excellent and my heart rate, although it stayed between 140-160 pretty much the whole workout, was awesome!

This was my mix:

Warmup
Challenge #2 from CC #8 - 2 - 8 minute runs w/2 minute rest beween each run.
Steady State
Challenge #2 from CC #7 - 10 - 1 minute alternating hill climbs/sprints w/30 second rest between each.
Steady State
Challenge #2 from CC #6 Sean - 5 - 1 minute sprints w/1 minute rest between each sprint.
Cool Down

Really felt good but honestly I did more of a slog then a jog. I was worried about my inner thigh and with the 2nd challenge in this mix toward the last 3 intervals I started feeling it get tight. The steady state (which is a walk for me) let it loosen back up and I was good to go for the 3rd challenge in this mix but the last 3 sprints were borderline painful. Had to slow way down to a slog with those but my HR stayed up and I was happy about that.

I Feel great!

CARDIO STATS:
1 hour 2 minute total
1 minute below zone
10 minutes in zone
50 minutes above zone
544 calories burned
3.3 miles travelled

Roselyn - I sure hope this winter crud is over as well. At least the snow is gone today. :)

Teddygirl - Never been to that outlet, I'll have to check it out. Thanks! Nice going on you jog!

Diane Sue - Nice workout! You come up with some really great combos!

Lora - Not sure if you are reading this, but just wondering if you have been watching GH? Pretty good stuff going on.

Debbie I am always wondering how you do those combos. Do you download each one in a sequence? I can never seem to find mine on my IPod shuffle.bI have most on CDs.
Nice work:)
