I finished my workout. I did Cardio Coach#6 with Candace added a little to it to get in an hour I ran 5.25 miles. Then I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps Super Set premix no w/up or str, and Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps timesaver no w/up, finished off with Butts and Guts abs and stretch.

On the abs I wore my 1# shoe weights and 5 # ankle weights. I held 10# dumbbells and when it went to the upper ab area curls I picked up 15#.
