Got on Seance today. Don't like it. Not after the drydown. Trying out Temptation now. The Sacred Whore is pretty good. Smells icky some in vial, but on skin very nice.

Lora- OMG!!! I have not tried ANY of those, so I guess I better prepare another order! GEEZ!!! They are so nice though.

Dallys- yeah, Supersets. Not really any UB DOMS though. Atleast not yet. I am pretty certain that your gain in muscle. I have read from so many people on these boards gain a few pounds of muscle. i am sure it isn't fat. Don't panic! you look amazing!

I finished my workout. I did Cardio Coach#6 with Candace added a little to it to get in an hour I ran 5.25 miles. Then I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps Super Set premix no w/up or str, and Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps timesaver no w/up, finished off with Butts and Guts abs and stretch.
Bench press 35# dumbbells
Chest flys 25# dumbbells
Incline press & flys 25# dumbbells
Lying triceps extensions 15# dumbbells
Seated tricep extensions 25# dumbbell
Tricep Kickbacks 12# dumbbell
Crossbody extension 15# dumbbell
Dips 45# barbell
Band kickbacks purple
Reverse Grip row 25# dumbbells
Dumbbell one arm row 35#
Barbell pullovers 45#
t back squeeze green band
Over head press 15# dumbbells
lateral raise 15# dumbbells
band shoulder work green
Barbell Bicep curls 45#
dumbbell curls 32 rep 10#
Dumbbell concentration curls 20#

On the abs I wore my 1# shoe weights and 5 # ankle weights. I held 10# dumbbells and when it went to the upper ab area curls I picked up 15#.

Dallys, I have 10 adults and 5 children for Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of preparation:)

Thanks for helping me not panic.:) I was thinking of taking pictures this week, but now might wait until next. (Like there'll be a difference) LOL! I love supersets and pushpull. You can go pretty heavy with those.

WoW! What an awesome workout. I don't think I could ever do CC #6 and then do both those premixes, let alone with lift weight you lifted, after all that! YOu are an animal!

I'm baaaaack! Crazy busy today. With tomorrow being a holiday and an instructor canceling a class tonight (meaning we had to call 22 students), I'm feeling like I won't get it all done. So what do I do? Goof off here! Actually I haven't even had time to go to lunch, so I deserve a break, right? :) Did Imax 2 this morning. Awesome!

Char - I'm starting on Monday, December 3rd since I want to take Sundays off. Would that work for you??? That would be awesome to do it at the same time!

Debbie - still sounds like you got a good workout. You've been pushing the cardio lately so your bod probably just needed a break.

Meg - WOO HOO on the back muscle!!!

Diane Sue - Do you think it would be okay to do my leg workout tomorrow and Friday - do TurboJam on the Ball Total Body Circuit with weights/cardio as my weight workout this week? I'm not sure how good it is for upper body? What do you think?

Okay - I just went and looked at my list and I'll have to PM you. I can't figure out how any of the mixes you gave me equal the amounts you say...except for the first one. They are all 80 minutes or so. I want to do a total body tomorrow in about 1 hour since I'm going to the concert tomorrow night and i need a little extra time in the AM for getting ready for the concert, etc. Should I do Drill Max total body or LIC total body? Also, will that be enough for my upper body this week? I was planning on working legs again on Friday. thanks in advance.
 
Dallys - YES, I need a 12 step program for sugar. I don't eat it all the time but I THINK about it ALL THE TIME!!! I think I could live on sugar - Ding Dongs, Ho Ho's, Kit Kats - shall I go on? :9

Char - Okay - let's do it! The only bummer for me will be probably the third week of Feb. when we're planning to go to Mexico. I don't know where we'll be on P90X at that point, but I'll do a recovery week since I can still do the workouts but won't have to worry about the weights. We'll be so close at that point! I'll just have to pick up with the week I missed and keep going when I get back. I hope everyone doesn't decide to go a week earlier! I'll protest as best I can. It'll be so fun to do the same workouts as you're doing every day. That will motivate me to work harder!

Thank you suz and charlotte, meg debbie,dallys and everyone else for being there for me:) Its getting harder and harder to actually believe that he's gone. I'm going to miss his whole family. It was hard to workout tonight even though i did a hard upper body workout muscle max and upper body on bm2.
Does anyone think i should call him or maybe his mom because she was so sweet to me or should i just let it be?

Randi - sorry about what happened. May I ask how long you were together? I'm not sure about his Mom.......that's why I'm asking. I don't want to start a man bashing thread....but Men can be such jerks.
