I did 2.5m on the TM. Wanted to do more, but my butt hurts! LOL!!!
I then did 30 min of yoga, deep stretching.
Randi- I would let it be with that guy. He isn't worth it, you deserve SO much better. With his mom, that depends on how long you were together. I am still friends with my exes mom from like 10 years ago. But, it may be to uncomfortable and keep the wounds fresh. I would atleast give it some time. I wish you the best.
Debbie and Suz, I like cardio coach 6 with Candace. I have both the one with Sean and the Candace one. I use Sean more often. BOth are good workouts. It seems like Candace talks a lot more throughout the workout than Sean does. They are both different workouts. I think Candace came out to 57 minutes minus the c/d stretch for me.
Lora, I think LIC has more upper body work than Drill Max. It seems Drill Max hits the shoulders an awful lot. If you did the one I gave with Butts & Guts & LIC it is as follows B&G w/up6min, standing legs 31 min, LIC upper sculpt upper & stretch no wup is 23 minutes. That is 1 hr 3 min.
Randi - I'm so sorry your going through this. You might want to give it just a little bit of time before calling his mom so that you're a little stronger. But I don't know what your relationship was like with her so it's hard for me to say for sure. Hang in there sweetie.
