I do not have all of the Hardcore DVD's, but I would like to do the "Fat Loss" rotation for next month. I think I can pretty much find an equivalent to what I don't have. I would appreciate anyone who has the Hardcore's I need to replace to let me know if, in their opinion, my choices are in fact similar enough to possibly give me the same results.
I was going to replace Muscle Max with Muscle Endurance
I was going to replace Kickmax with Step Blast (Besides Kickbox from CTX I don't have any other kickbox workouts except for TaeBo advanced, and I just don't feel like I get a hard enough workout from that).
I am going to replace the 30 minute run with 30 minutes on my elliptical machine (I don't like to run and am terrible at it).
I would appreciate any advice someone might have or any suggestions for better choices. I have CTX, the Intensity Series, the Body Blast Timesaver, SJP/Step Blast, Core Max, IMAX 3 and Low Max.
