Happy to return to the Cathe Forums

Cathlete
I wanted to say hello and reintroduce myself since I have been away from the forums for a few years (well lurking anyhow). Between having my third baby, injuries and other health issues I had gained weight and was totally out of shape and not even close to being able to do a Cathe DVD. Thankfully, I have been able to take off 36 pounds and am walking 5 miles a night so I am ready and excited to come back here and start using my many many very dusty Cathe DVDs! I have missed being a part of the forums and look forward to participating and making some new friends here.

Now to convince my husband why it would be a good idea to order Cathe's new series when I haven't done the old ones in so long :D

WELCOME BACK!!! Congrats on your weight loss. Its great that your getting back into Cathe workouts. I'm sure your body will respond quickly and you'll be back in the swing of things in no time

Im back too! Im so excited. I just started working out again this week. I have been struggling for the past six years to get under 200lbs and would always give up around 203 or so. One of my cowokers saw me making a cup of coffee and almost fainted at the amount of sugar I was putting in it. He convinced me to give up the sugar for a week and viola! I am under 200 for the first time since 2001 and now I am motivated to try cathe again. I did Cathe faithfully for three months last year and gave up because I only lost 10lbs. Now, I will try again without the sugar and see what happens.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome :) After reading the boards lately I realized how much I was missing by not participating. There is so much encouragement, camaraderie and wisdom on these forums!

albernier, congratulations on your healthy start and breaking the 200lb mark! You are off to a great start and I am sure that you will have huge success adding Cathe workouts to your plan. Keep me posted on which ones you get started with. I am waiting for some work to be finished this week in my workout area and then I hope to finally start adding in some strength training.
