Kate, the weather has been so unreliable lately that the idea of going for a walk scares me! Walking on the TM at the gym was good but I tired with an incline and that hurt. How is Isabel? (Do people always spell it Isabelle? We get that all the time w/Annabel)

Angie, People want to make it Isabella. 
And she puked again. At least this time it wasn't on ME! She was sitting on a barstool in the kitchen while I was making lunch.....and without a word just leaned over into the SINK and let it go! Poor little sweetie! She had a little bit to eat and so far, so good!
Alas, no afternoon WO for me. I'll have to "dig deeper" and find it in me after they go to bed tonight.

Kate, you can get that WO in! Dig deep. You know it's going to be worth it! So sorry about Isabel. Poor thing. I always feel so bad for them. When Ellie had the flu when we were home, she threw up probably every 15 minutes for 3 hours and it was so sad. She'd be sitting there and say, "Oh, mommy, not again!" And it would come...

that's so sad abt ellie! Isabel kept her lunch down and just fell asleep on me on the couch. I conked out for a few minutes too .... felt good! I need to get up and get things done while my girls are sleeping!

Whew! What a day! I just got done putting groceries away and prepping all the food. NO time for a workout now so today will have to be my rest day. Gotta shower and head up to school by 5:45 to help set up for Cookies and Milk And I have to brag-the wellness committee from our school just won a 1st place award for outstanding achievement in the Michigan Healthy School Environment Recognition Program thanks in part to a program I helped design.
Wendy, I say get the shoes!
Kate, sorry about Isabel Milla did that to me once-not fun! Hope it was just a fluke thing and she's all better now! Cute shoes! I'm boot obsessed right now!

Nina, did you get out or did the boys keep you in? I was going to buy some candy for the girls' lunches but decided the temptation for me to eat them before they made it in their lunch boxes would be too great so I didn't!

Angie, that red tape stuff is so French! And we thought the U.S. was bad! I thought of you yesterday when I saw that gigantic new cruise ship that is something like 5xs bigger than the Titanic! Are you going to try it? It's beautiful!

Okay, did Insanity so wo done for the day. Tomorrow is Shoulders & Arms and AbRipperX. I am getting paid on Friday so I am hitting Target for a bunch of stuff for Xmas. I'm weak. I baked cc cookies and ate some. No more though. I'm no longer buying anything to bake. I am making choc dipped pretzel sticks to give away since I don't care about those and no more baking in this house! Okay, moving on. P is running away so gotta go.
