Hi! I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year, and if you're making a resolution this year I want to say good luck to you!! I have been psyching myself up for the last week or so for my resolution...losing those last 10-15 stubborn lbs!! Working out has never been my problem, clean eating has. I bought the Thin for Life Journal last night so I can record what I eat and my workouts in one journal. I really want to do it this year!! It's going to be a tough journey ahead, but these forums I know will help get me thru the tough times! It's so great to have everyone here that understands the trials, tribulations, victories and discouragements that weight loss and achieving life long healthy eating habits can bring!
