Happy Friday, what will be your Saturday workout?

Happy Friday Everyone :)

Tomorrow, I will be doing an hour jog on my TM followed by PUB & Abs.

Crosscountry flight max. I'm flying from PA to WA for a week long visit with my sister. I'm taking some DVD's with me and hope to do some hiking, so it won't be a total week off.
 
Since I've been following Cathe's rotation this month; I have C&W Cardio & Compound Weights Only Premix scheduled for tommorrow.

Plus if I feel energetic afterwards; I'll probably throw in an iTread or part of CC Press Play for good measure :D

Swimming one mile, then Butts and Guts on Saturday, then maybe high step challenge on Sunday and cardio drills (twice) from Cardio Fusion.

Depends on the kids and where I can fit it in without too much notice!!!
 
I have C&W cardio and compound weights only premix + ab work on the agenda for today but I REALLY want to run today so who knows....maybe I'll just do the weight work from C&W and then I will be free to run my little heart out!:)
