This weekend's Saturday workout is going to be a 5k walk for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness http://www.nami.org ). My super-cute doggy's walkin' with me. It's supposed rain...blech.
Crosscountry flight max. I'm flying from PA to WA for a week long visit with my sister. I'm taking some DVD's with me and hope to do some hiking, so it won't be a total week off.
I have C&W cardio and compound weights only premix + ab work on the agenda for today but I REALLY want to run today so who knows....maybe I'll just do the weight work from C&W and then I will be free to run my little heart out!
