A [email protected] Guest May 18, 2007 #8 After I do a tough Cathe step DVD, I sometimes do the "beginners step" DVD the next day (a little less stress on the leg joints!) So..............after working really hard this AM, I will do "beginners step" tomorrow and Core Max! Can't wait! Happy Working Out! Have a great weekend!
