Happy Friday Night

You too Cathe! I enjoyed a lovely burn with Butts & Guts this morning, so I'm burned out! Enjoying a nice cooler evening with my husband and puppies and kittie too!
 
Happy Friday Night, Cathe!! Today was a total rest day! You got me good this week with B&G standing work one day (followed by cardio), Muscle Endurance (with a short HiiT workout after), B&G floor-work (preceeded by cardio) and High Step Challenge!!! It had been a while since I had done some of those and OUCH!! :eek:

Just for the record, Randy did some of the push-ups with me!! :D:cool:

Gonna hit it hard again Have a super weekend!

Today is a rest day for me, after 7 consecutive days of exercise. I'm looking forward to Low Max tomorrow!

Thanks for sharing your workouts everyone! Belinda I love CCC too. Bobbi, you definitely earned that rest day. Glad I talked you out of the extra calories Jennifit...lol

I did MMA Boxing and threw in the 4 kicking & punching drills from Kick Max. What a great and fun combination. Thanks for creating such great workouts for us, Cathe!
