Hello Cathe Fans,
I am sitting here at 6:36 (my time) on my 24th b-day.I am getting ready to work out ( not quite sure which tape)and then my husband of 10 monthes is going to take me out for breakfast.
But then I have to work....ah poop.I think everyone should get there birthdays off.and not only that but my day is filled up with things that I don't care much to do.Then I am going out for dinner tonight with all of my girlfriends.Sounds like a good day.Anyway ladies,have a great day and I will to.

Happy birthday, Lori!! Ooooh, how nice to be taken out for breakfast! What tape did you end up doing?

I agree that everyone should get their birthdays off ... I do every year, tee hee, and I highly recommend it (my birthday is Canada Day, July 1, and yes I live in Canada). But you will get through your work day and it sounds like you have a nice evening to look forward to.
 
Thanks ladies....I live in Canada to.What province are you living in??? I ended up doing the warm up from Step and intervals and then I thought I can do intercal max now..so I tried to kill myself on my birthday.But I am still alive.I did do pretty good with the intervals considering that it was 7 in the morning.I am sure I would have worked harder in the evening.It was a good tape to get your metabolism going for the day...

You guys are awesome.....I am in Gander Newfoundland, it is cold here today but we have had some nice weather....
 
Happy Birthday Lori....I share your birthday but you need to count your blessings...I turned 40 today!

I started the day with Interval Max at 4:30am just to prove I could still complete this tape at my advanced age!

I aslo enjoyed breakfast out and spent the rest of the day shopping with no kids!
