Alright on the more funny side - I couldn't have asked for a better sister/friend. You are such an amazing person. The way that you love and care for those that enter your world whether family, friends or patients is inspiring.You know my heart and you can make me laugh.You have been disciplined and determined and lost and kept off 35 pounds for two years - you have faithfully worked out to Cathe and you have the kindest most nuturing heart of anyone i know. I love you

Dear Baama
How sweet of you to post this. This is the best present-second only to the 4 foot bouquet of home-grown flowers that my beloved husband grew and nurtured since last fall-just for my birthday! I am lucky to have you as a sister too. I would do anything for you-even give you the shirt off my back. (Remember my favourite blue workout shirt-(forget about how I asked for it back and you refused ) But my Cathe tapes Baama-they are mine, mine, mine. I will not, cannot share them. Not even the ones I dont do any more. You will have to pry them out of my cold dead hands. :7

Four feet? I thought it was 6? I would do anything for you too. In fact I would...I would give you ... an inch or ten from my waist or some pounds off my behind. On a more serious note - I made sure that shipping had the correct address to mail those new Cathe tapes to here in Columbus
