It's 43 this year, right? Here's wishing a wonderful year to a wonderful woman. I'd love to meet you one day - any chance of you attending a future Road Trip?
Bobbi-
I hope your birthday was grand, and that you had such a lovely time that you just didn't get a chance to check in with you 'Cathe friends'! But we all miss you and hope all is well with you!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had a lovely busy birthday. I did yoga with my neice and was then treated to a vegan breakfast as the wonderful new all vegan resturant in town. I came home and drank tea until I took a bath with the new bath stuff and headed off to see King Kong since Peter Jackson has give me a new movie four years running now! Is't he the bomb? And then we went to my favoirte Meixcan seafood resutant and came home and had Baskin Robbins Birthday cake which I picked up on Saturday for Sam because he thinks it is the greatest thing, ice cream cake. Had a bunch of calls from sibs to and my mom since my birthday, an accidental home birth, stands out in there minds. My sister Sharon, who happens to be my niece's mom, delivered me and everyone says I was really cute and tried to stuff both my hands in my mouth when I was only two hours old. It was a very pleasant day. I got a new Cuisinart mini chopper since my old one gave out after serving very faithfully for many years and the girls got me a necklace, my name on a grain of rice, which I had searched for when we went to Mexico with our German exchange student but I could not find. They amaze me since they write your name on a a tiny grain of rice and put int in a small cylinder which I think magnifies it just a little. Five bucks in Meixco so of course Ali paid $12.00 at the 4th Avenue street fair because that's what she does, spends more. It also has a tiny Om which is delightful too.
