Hi Cathe,
I am a big fan of the New Kids on the Block, and I think it would be great if some of their music can be incorporated into at least one of your future DVD workouts. I think the song "Hangin' Tough" would be an excellent track to go along with a strenuous strength/cardio segment. "Step by Step" might work well with a step workout. Other upbeat tracks by NKOTB I like are "You've Got It [The Right Stuff]", "Tonight", "Games", "Cover Girl", "My Favorite Girl", "Call It What You Want", "Summertime", "Dirty Dancing", "Twisted", "Click Click Click", and "Full Service".
