Good morning, everyone. I really want to apologize for my lack of personals lately. I have been really overwhelmed by a number of things and don’t want to bring y’all down where I am residing. This morning I am taking Colin for his learner’s permit test. Oh my word, I am so NOT ready for this stage. The traffic around here is deplorable and I couldn’t fall asleep last night because I was trying to figure out where I could take him to learn! Yikes, I am in trouble! Emma thinks it is awesome and has been negotiating the terms of holding him on retainer when he turns 16.
Deb—I am so glad you are figuring things out around here. I was getting really confused, but spent sometime last night fooling around with the features and now feel a bit better about it all. Good luck with the mouse hunting!
Robin—Any news on the bacteria? You have such an interesting job! I am sorry about the sleep issues. It sounds like you need a vacation—to the beach!
Shelley—Hey there! Good job on the run last night! Are you feeling any better? I was happy to see Limecat back!
Peggie—Sorry that Tayler is still feeling yucky. I meant to tell you—I took 2 kettlebells with me on vacation and they were great to have. I didn’t need much space to use them and just modified the number of reps to match the weights I brought. I even ended up with DOMS. They worked well for abs too! Are you looking forward to going to the convention?
Shannon—Do CC8!!! I did CC7 on the treadmill for the 1st time this week and boy, was it hard. Fun, but HARD! Sean is so awesome. I hope work is calm today.
Kristi—You are so good about volunteering. That is wonderful! Sorry about the lack of sleep. I am nervous about the RT and still have a couple of weeks to go! Good luck getting everything done today.
Allison—It sounds as though you have a real gift for relating to people from other cultures. International business sounds so interesting. I really think you should consider the opportunity. It could change you life—for the better!
Tneah—Ugh, about AF! That sucks! I hope it ends soon. Whap DH upside the head for me, OK? He should have given you a hug and a steak, not a lecture. Men! I am sending you a big (((HUG))) though! I hope you get that workout in!
Judy—Hi there! It is nice to see you here!
Lainie—Sorry about the fatigue. A rest day sounds like a good idea. I hope they fix the bugs with the nutrition program soon. I am very intrigued by it!
Hi to Leanne! And BG!
Colin’s waiting, so must scoot! Oh, I did an iClimb on the elliptical, CC3 on the bike, and some Eion yoga this morning.
