Hello Cathe. I have a question regarding weight training. When I lift, I have pain through my left palm. I don't feel it in my wrist, but through the meaty part of my palm just under the thumb. Does this sound familiar at all to you? Someone suggested a wrist guard and I was wondering what your expertise might tell me. I really feel it fairly severely during chest presses with a barbell.
