I am seriously considering dropping the $$ on GS while I wait for STS to be finished. It looks like a lot of fun. I also looked at SH, but it looks, well, SLOW and HEAVY, and a wee bit boring. I've watched previews of both and GS just looks more fun. I thought GS was heavy weights as well, or is it more medium weight and higher reps? I looked at the breakdowns and it looked like a lot of work on each body part. I'm also looking for a good leg challenge and I hear this is a doozy.
I've moved from whole body to a 2 days split with the Pyramids and a 3 day split is really catching my interest. Should I get GS or just wait who knows how long for STS to be ready and on my doorstep. I could order GS tonight or tomorrow and have it by Friday. I'm an instant gratification kinda gal.
I also don't recall seeing an abs section in the break down. Does GS have abs, or do I need to do my own ab work? If it doesn't have abs, which day(s) do those of you who have it put them in? I was thinking the shorter days? I believe 2 of the DVDs were shorter than the 3rd. I really am limited to an hour or hour and fifteen max a day.
