I got off my duff this morning and got the times for the GS upper body segments for anyone interested. (I wanted them to estimate workout times for doing one body part per day rotations where I pair up upper body segments from two different series.)

Gym Style:
1. Chest--22 min
2. Triceps--20 min
3. Back--16 min
4. Shoulders--12 min
5. Biceps--18 min
