I have both of these sets. I would like to try a rotation of 4 days weights and two days cardio for about 4 weeks. Do any of you girls or guys have a favorite? I need to slender down my thighs and build some nice shapley muscles too. I have muscle max too. I know I need both cardio and weights. I plan on kickboxing and CC too for and might do 3 cardio and 3 weight days.
If you favor one or the other why? and would love to hear your results.
