GYM STYLES OR / PLB-PUB ?

I have both of these sets. I would like to try a rotation of 4 days weights and two days cardio for about 4 weeks. Do any of you girls or guys have a favorite? I need to slender down my thighs and build some nice shapley muscles too. I have muscle max too. I know I need both cardio and weights. I plan on kickboxing and CC too for and might do 3 cardio and 3 weight days.

If you favor one or the other why? and would love to hear your results.

I much prefer Gym Styles over the Pyramids. I find them more fun. They have more variety. I don't like all the weight changes throughout the Pyramids. I do like the stability ball work in Pyramid Lower Body. I have had great results with the Gym Styles.

Marcy I don't do to good with rotations. I want to do Cathe's April rotation. I have a hard time with them so I have decided to take it one week at a time. I enjoyed Gym style legs today. Tomorrow is step blast, I love the music in that one.


Marcy, I am glad you have had good results with the gym styles. I hope to also.

I am excited to order the new dvds coming out in June:)
