Gym Style Upper Body

Hi Cathe and Educated Crowd!

I was wondering what the general consensus was on trying to do both Gym Style upper body workouts in the same day? Do-able or suicidal?

Hi Liz! Well I can tell you that we had to film them like this and even though one was filmed before lunch and one after lunch, our muscles were FRIED! We gave it our all for each and every rep/exercise and trust me we were spent.

I wouldn't recommend it if you had the option to do it on different days. Mentally the second workout suffers a bit in the concentration department.

Thanks for the quick response Cathe! We recently changed our hours at the office to 4 10 hr days, so I'm often too tired by the time I get home to do an extreme workout. As you can tell, I'm trying to make the most of what time I do have on the days off.

Too funny! I was thinking after doing the Chest and Triceps workout that Cathe was either (a) Wonder Woman, (b) the Bionic Woman, or (c) Supergirl! I think, perhaps, she's related to all three. :)
