Dumbbells mostly used throughout GS

Cathe uses a barbell for only a few exercises. I know there are bicep curls done with a barbell, but can easily be modified to use dumbbells. I'm using the Gym Style workouts this month for Cathe's rotation since I don't have STS Strength. I made a chart for myself to track what size dumbbells I use and then push myself the following week to increase the amount of weight, even if it's just for 1 rotation.

The heaviest dumbbells I have are 20 #s, but may need to purchase 25 #s soon!
 
I am using the Gym Style DVDs right now. She uses barbells in Gym Style Legs for squats and deadlifts. But both of the exercises could be done with dumbbells. Barbell is also used for 1 back exercise. You could either use dumbbells or skip that part.

How about in the tricep/chest dvd? Can that one be done with dumbbells too? I ordered the muscle max yesterday and am hoping I can complete that with dumbbells too. I usually work lower body at the gym and am hoping to get a stronger upper body beginning at home. Hubby is supposed to be setting up my total gym that I've never used lol Hoping that helps too. Love Cathe's tapes though for at home workouts.
 
I don't recall using the barbell in Chest and Triceps. It mostly uses dumbbells and band. I'm still debating whether to order Muscle Max.
