gym style series

I just saw another set. What is the difference between the Gym Style and the Slow and Heavy? As far as your results, etc? I have Pure Strength Back & Biceps. I like it, but I'm thinking the newer ones are better (?)

From what I have seen slow & heavy is just a traditional set of either up 2 down 6 or vice versa. GS mixes up the rep pattern a lot more to give you singles, up two down two, slow ends 7 count, etc..plus more exercises! I definitely think GS is a must :)

I think you should get the gym style series. Its great, I find myself always reaching for it, love it! :)

I love the GymStyles too... but, that doesn't discount Slow & Heavy. S&H is a great weight workout. I think both are excellent and use them on a regular basis. :)
 
Yes, you should!!! I love the GS workouts. I've gained a lot of strength & definition in my upper body from using them regularly. I don't have S & H, but they're on my wish list! ;-)
 
Thanks you guys! I need to buy them one at a time, now for the decision as to which one. Probably one of the upper body tapes, because for now I can do Butts & Gutts!x(

Then definitely order them!!! My fav is Chest & Triceps, but I'm a weirdo in that I love pushups! They just make me feel so strong! The great thing about these workouts is that you can use them at your own level to start with & then work your way up to heavier weights. Good luck & enjoy the new workouts!
