Ciddy: I have all those workouts listed as well. Doing my first P90X rotation as we speak and I will say that after I am done using P90X i will be hitting my Gym Styles. The Gym Style workouts require alot of strength but also calls upon muscular endurance - her use of the bands really digs deep into the muscles and you get a terrific burn -- I get DOMS from the GS Series in general and GS LEGS is the BOMB!
I miss my GS LEGS workout - its one TOUGH COOKIE. I have fun doing the Butts and Guts and the Legs and Glutes, but Gym Style Legs takes an extra level of dedication - I am not sure what it is either.....I do go heavy when I use Gym Style, so that makes a big difference on what you will get out of it...
But you must buy them!!!
