Gym Style series vs 4DS weights only sections

Since I'm so short of available workout time these days, I'm trying to start a time-crunched splits rotation using just the 30min(ish) weights section from 4 Day Split (which I've just purchased - has yet to arrive) and am thinking about also buying the Gym Style series purely for the shorter premixes to add to my new rotation. Just wondering how different the weight work is between these two series. I'm also not good with push ups (wrist and shoulder issues) and I know Gym Style Chest and Triceps has a ton of those so not sure if I'll be able to sub something else for push ups. How many push ups are in the shorter premix?

For pushups, on the gs timesaver you do a set of 16, then 12, then 8, then 4. It takes about 2 minutes total at the start of the workout and then you are done with them. In 4ds you also have 4 sets of pushups with even more reps and they are spaced throughout the workout. I personally prefer the gym style timesavers to the 4ds weights. I do a 4 day split using 30 min cardios plus:
1-gs timesaver back, shoulders, biceps
2-gs standing legs
3-gs timesaver chest and triceps
4-gs floor legs
I prefer having 2 days of upper and 2 days of lower body instead of 3 days upper, 1 day lower body. The gym styles are a better 4ds than the offical 4ds DVD IMHO.

Thanks Beth, that's very helpful. I only wish the Gym Styles all came in one dvd case like 4DS and CTX - makes it easier to justify my purchase to DH since I've got so many Cathe's now. ("I only bought one new DVD honey") :D
