Gym style series- Timesaver

Hi Cathe;
I want to order the series in hopes to get more definition in my arms but am not sure if i can fit the entire w/o in each time. Will I get the intended results doing the timesaver options for each video? Also, will I see results if I do each body part one time a week ( ex. do gym style B,S&B one day then C&T another). I currently work my entire upper body (about 35 min) twice a week using your ME and PUB. Thanks so much in advance.
 
Hi there- not cathe and don't pretend to be but I used to do Pyramids & ME and didn't see much difference and then I tried Gym Styles-I have so much more definition in my arms now- my legs are not coming along as fast as my arms have so I might try doing 2 lower body workouts in a week but it has only been 1 body part a week and I try to go up in weights and push myself and I've seen a difference-also I do lots of cardio so I wonder if that hasn't hindered my gaining more muscle in my legs? but the guns are looking real "cut"-- good luck--deb
 
This is a great question. I only have an hour or less to work out, sometimes I avoid some of Cathe's workouts because they are too long, and I feel I am cheating if I do the timesaver. I hope Cathe or others respond. Melissa
