Hi Everyone,
I am in the process of trying to figure out what Cathe workout I want to buy. This will be the first time I will try any of Cathe's DVD's and thought I had decided on GS but then I came across S&H. I have always done full body workouts but would like to do the split format this time. I do want to do heavy weights w/ lower reps instead of endurance. I'm hoping some of you can suggest which one would be best to start with? Also, do I need to find a rotation or do the workouts give guidance on how to do them?
