Gym Style or Slow and heavy

I personally like Gym Styles better. Slow and Heavy bores me, I have no patience at all!:) I tend to "daydream".

I go heavy with gym styles though, and if its a heavy week, I do ten reps instead of the slightly higher reps Cathe does. But stay tuned for the new workouts, it sounds like they are heavy weights, low reps! This equals amazing results if you are willing to really push yourself.

I am a firm believer in muscle confusion in order to achieve fitness gains. Therefore, both Gym Styles and Slow and Heavy are in my rotations. I hadn't used Slow and Heavy in quite a few months; I had completed a round of P90X and was using Gym Styles quite a bit afterward. Well, I am on the second week of Slow and Heavy and I am loving what I see! Personally, I like the pace of Slow and Heavy and the results are always great.

I prefer both Gym Styles and Slow and Heavy and incorporate them both into my workouts. I love the pace of the gym styles and the variety of working with both the bands and weights. I love Slow and Heavy for the strength gains. You can't go wrong with either one.

I like both (except for the badly-placed chapter points in GS), and they are quite different from each other. Right now, I'm alternating P90X Shoulders and Arms with S&H Chest/Back (my favorite S&H workout...in fact, I don't like doing legs the S&H way and have only tried it twice. I really like GS lower body, though) and it's a good mix.

thx all for the info and feedback. since I am not in a rush and pretty new at Cathe, I will take full advantages of the workouts I have. I feel I have enough for a while and wait for the new serie in Sept/Oct for weights. I actually don't want to get the 4 day split since I feel I am already overwealmed with all I ordered. There are so many premixes that I feel I have tons of workouts. So I will wait for the 3 day split and make my decision easy. I like newer versions, more updated.
