Gym Style or Pyramids?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this board so I apologize if this question has been asked and answered before. Which would you recommend, the Gym Style workout series or the Upper/Lower Body Pyramids? I've only gotten two Cathe workouts so far, Maximum Intensity and Supersets/Push Pull.

Since the workouts you already have are full-body workouts, I'd recommend going to a two-day split next, which would be the Pyramids. After several weeks of working out this way, you might want to move on to a three-day split like the Gym Styles.
