'Gym Style' like S&H ?

Hello Cathe, I was wondering if the new 'Gym Style' workouts will be similar to your existing 'Slow and Heavy' Workout?
I have been seriously considering the S&H DVD but would certainly wait for the new workouts if the Gym Style is to be similar.
I know you probably havn't even started the filming, I just wonder what you have in mind. Many of the new workouts sound VERY appealing.

Cathe answered a very similar question recently:

THe Hardcore series may not be out until early next year (I'm guessing), so, you should just get the S&H DVD while you wait. They will be different workouts anyway.
