Gym Style - Legs

Hi there, I am a personal trainer and have several female clients that keep asking me for a really good lower body work out at home when they cant get into the gym. I love your Gym Style-Legs but not every one has that kind of equipment at home and since they belong to a gym I know they are not going to want to purchase the extra equipment. Do you have a suggestion that might help. I dont have alot of the free weight either space is an issue for me and I have a 12 yr old autistic who loves to play with the free weights I do have, which as you can imagine makes me nervous cause he tends to throw them if I dont catch him quick enough with them. I use toning cords and the bands alot for home work outs. My lower body is an issue for me, the more lunges I do the bigger my legs get. I tend to build very quickly on the lower half but not in a good way. I have tried everything and I am very frustrated and annoyed at the time I put into diet and working out and as a fitness professional I know the dos and donts like every one else. I just want to find something for my clients and myself that will prevent my legs from getting bigger and help my clients keep from giving up as well. Any suggestion would be great, also which one of your tapes is really good for core and abs. I do core work outs but want your abs I have the dedication just need some need material.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Not Cathe (evidently!) , but you could use milk/water jugs filled with water as dumbbells for a lower body workout. They weigh about 8# each, filled (weight them to make sure they are even, then mark with indelible ink the level that you need to get whatever poundage (up to the maximum) you want. That would make it easy to dump and refill the water every time you workout, and the "weights" wouldn't be a hazard for your son.

Not Cathe either (oh, I wish! :) ) but another thought might be buying the kickboxing workouts instead. Neither KPC nor Kickmax require equipment and they are both awesome lower body workouts....

Good luck!
Marie

PS: KPC is also packaged with L&G which is a fantastic lower body workout. It requires equipment but I've heard a lot of women here do it with nothing but a step, so maybe that would work, too.
