GS legs is great. I do it weekly. Hands down, it has THE BEST floor work program for legs using the band and ball. It is more versatile than S&H legs for sure. S&H legs has squats and lunges and that is it. It's quite basic. GS legs plays with tempos and reps, has 2 series of lunges with multi reps that are excellent, and the floor work is creative and way better and more extensive than the floor work on PLB.
However, since you already have 2 leg workouts that you haven't tried, and also STS on order, you may decide to wait and buy it at a later date. It's up to you. Does having a large DVD fitness library represent a problem? Really?!?!?!

Nope a large library is not a problem just don't necessarily want to buy something I may already have.
I'm just getting frustrated as I have not after all these years yet figured out what works for my body. I've been steadily building a strength lifting library as I think that is they way to go.
