Gym Style Legs VS Butts & Guts

I ordered Butts & Guts but am thinking I would rather have Gym Style Legs now. A few questions before I order Gym Style Legs and return B&G:

1) Does B&G have calf exercises? What about in the premixes?
2) Does GSL have calf exercises in the 33-minute premix?
3) Overall, which would be better for someone who already is doing the leg/glute exercises in the Legs & Glutes DVD? I am also limited in my equipment: I have dumbbells, a "high" step (modified step to make it high), a resistance band...and that's it. :)

By the way, I am totally addicted to Cathe DVDs! It all started with her KickMax DVD and grew from there. She's fantastic!

This is the breakdown of exercises for Butts & Guts:

No calf work!

There is calf work in the standing portion of GS Legs. GS Legs has a lot of stability ball work so if you don't have one, I would stick with Butts & Guts. B&G does have some ball work but GSL has more. B&G has alternating front lunges with the ball but you could do them without it and you'd be fine. Butts & Guts also has the two ab routines. The one with the stability ball is my favorite but the other one with weights is really good too. GSL has no core work.
I think all 3 are great leg workouts so you can't go wrong with any of them. I guess I would stick with B&G for now. I don't know if there's calf work in the 33 mins. premix on GSL. You can always do calf raises on your own. In 4DS, she did a lot of calf raises in 3 positions - feet turned out, feet parallel and feet turned in. You could 25 in each direction and that should be sufficient.

Oops, I forgot to mention that I have a stability ball! So you think I should stick with B&G and just do calf raises on my own? Perhaps on a step to make it more challenging? That sounds interesting.

I think you could stick with B&G. On a step would definitely make the calf raises more challenging. GSL has more exercises with the band which are very effective too. I think you should be happy with B&G. If you're looking for more inner and outer thigh work, I would go with GSL. I think GSL is a bit more of an all-around leg workout whereas B&G concentrates more on the glutes (you'll definitely feel it with the firewalkers).
