Gym Style Legs Question

Okay, getting ready to order LIC & BM2, already have the other three new ones and of course while shopping I started looking at other workouts I don't have & ran across this one so I watched the clip and it looks really good.

My question to those of you that have this, Legs&Glutes, & B&G - do you think it's worth buying if I already have legs&glutes & b&g? My lower half is my problem area so I'm always doing low body workouts & cardio, and circuits... however I do tend to build muscle in thighs quickly so have to watch it, wasn't sure if this one is more towards sliming/toning or building muscle.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks! :)

Cathe's workouts do not repeat themselves. Each one is unique in its own way. Although you can see some exercises in all the workouts each DVD has its own specific tempo and sequence and they all work differently. I love Gym Styles as a whole. Those 3 DVDs changed my body completely and after I was done with a 4 week rotation I was so strong! If possible, you should get the 3 Gym Style DVDs you won't be sorry.

I agree - I use B&G and GS Legs most often and love these two workouts - especially the leg blast premix on B&G

I don't think you'll be sorry.

Of all Cathe's workouts (not including new ones) Gym Style legs is Fantastic I always always have major DOMS the next FEW days it gets in there in different ways that is what I like about her workouts they are not repeitive you can count on a good workout and this is one you hear everone talk about for the lower half. Do a search you'll see.

Tygra, Rose, and Beth - Thank you all so much for your response, I was almost sure this would be the response b/c Cathe is so wonderful but wanted to confirm before I spent the money! I think I'll just get the GS legs for now though as my upper body responds so quick to workouts and just by doing circuit workouts w/ weights I have the defination & tone in my upper body that I want, I'm not ripped or anything but I like a slimmer look for my upper body-although you can see all the shoulder muscles things or whatever they're called... :) Thanks again for your advice, looks like I'll have 3 new Cathe DVD's soon!

Have fun shopping and let us know what you think once you get it! Just remember that I forewarned you on the slow count lunges -- just before the floor work....these really get ya! You'll love it!

Tygra thanks-so that is probably one of those moves that'll make me "MAD" as fit@home said in the one thread!?! The preview did look really good and tough just sitting here on my computer watching it! I've never had another instructor's floor work hurt as much as Cathe either, most lower body floor work i've found is way too easy, not Cathe though, got to love it! :)
