gym style legs premixes

hi all,

can any of you give me some ideas of the premixes on the gym style legs dvd? it does look like a great routine but i just wanted to know the little extras before i make my decision. thank you!

Gym Style Legs has 2 premixes:
Timesaver #1 32"
Timesaver #2 49"

I have not done the premixes, but I like to go to the chapter menu and start at the floor work and go to the end.

If I can find the link to the chapter menu here I will post it.

Here is the breakdown of this workout:

Warm Up

Standing Legs
Barbell Squats
2nd set
3rd set plus bonus reps
Front lunges w/dumbbells
set #2
Rear lunges w/dumbbells
Plie Squats w/dumbbells
2nd set
Leg Press w/band
2nd set
barbell deadlift w/toes elevated
barbell stiff legged deadlifts on high step
slow motion lunges w/dumbbells
standing calf raises

Floorwork Legs
Tibialis anterior toe pulls
Glute squeezes on the ball
One legged Roll Outs on the ball (this goes right into glute presses)
Glute Presses on the ball
glute tucks w/step and band
Roll In's on the ball
Inner thigh squeeze on the ball
Inner thigh lifts w/band
vertical outer thigh press w/band
outer thigh raises w/band

Hi,
I just got done putting these in my notebook. Timesaver # 1 Is all standing leg work at 32 min. Timesaver # 2 adds in some of the floorwork. At 49 min. Both include the warm up and stretch which is around 10 minutes.

thanks for the input gals. i wasn't sure which one i wanted to buy first the kpc/legs and glutes or the gym style legs. i think for now i will get the kpc/legs and glutes b/c i believe there are more premixes for legs and glutes. big problem areas and i don't wanna get bored with the same routine.
