Gym Style Legs - Ouch!

I have only just got this series and am doing Debbie's January rotation. My goodness - I did Gym Style Legs yesterday, my legs were shaking for about half hour after I finished and I am soooo sore today. I can hardly stand for my kids to sit on me. What a great workout.

I was sore from doing GS Chest and Triceps on Monday but nothing like my legs. So I am looking forward to doing GS Back Biceps and Shoulders tomorrow. I haven't had DOMS for ages.
