GYM STYLE LEGS - - - OH MY ACHING LEGS

I did the standing portion of Gym Style Legs on Sunday morning and by yesterday afternoon I almost couldn't walk. I am still huring!!! It seems impossible to not get some results from this workout :) as much as I'm hurting. I haven't had leg DOMS from exercise in years :eek:
 
I think it's those slo-mo lunges that do it! (Or maybe the plié squats).

It burns, but it's a good burn (keep telling yourself that. LOL!)
 
I love the standing portion of GS Legs. It is my fav.

I prefer it over the laying down portion because of my lower back.

I think it is the "perfect" workout along with PLB. :p
 
Candi, I did this yesterday, switching from heavy weights to mostly 8's (except for the first three sets of heavies). I'm hurting today. I've tried GS-Legs with heavy, moderate, light and mostly no weights, and I feel it every time. I think it's also because I switch workouts a lot, so my legs don't get used to being worked just one way. But it's all good.:)

Well, I woke up this morning and the DOMS are finally gone. I guess I need to do it again. It's planned for Sunday.

WOW! Three days of DOMS! I love this workout.

I love this work out! Or maybe I should say it's a love/hate relationship! ;-) You got to love those slow motion lunges! I feel the burn every time and I usually have to drop my weights during that particular exercise.

I'll be doing this one again real soon, too.
