Gym Style Chest & Triceps

I love this new series, however, there are way too many pushups in this workout for me. My shoulder and neck can't take it. What do you all suggest? Just doing a few sets of push-ups and moving on to the rest of the workout? Or substituting some bench presses?

Also, have any of you done any of the Chest/Tricep premixes and if so, what are they like?

Just go to the chapters menu and select the pushup set you feel comfortable starting with. The workout will play from that point on.:)
