I use Slysofts AnyDVD and CloneDVDMobile to rip my videos to iPod format. CloneDVDmobile can convert a DVD to the formay of most video-capable mp3 players - iPod, Samsung, Creative Zen, Sandisk and more.
AnyDVD circumvents the copy protection that certain DVDs are created with. It is very simple to do. You start AnyDVD. You pop in the DVD in the PC. You start Clone DVD mobile. It has a very simple user interface. You can group chapters into individual output video files (of the format for the player you own), or make the whole workout on big output file. (I prefer the latter because then I can create my own premixes).
I posted this before but here is Cathe on my wrist, in an armband, on my iPod doing Core Max:
If I get STS, I will definitely do it at the gym - for both Meso 2 and Meso 3. I dont own heavy enough weights at home and dont plan to get them. I still havent decided between getting STS and waiting for STS-Gym.

I agree. I find I can handle higher weight at the gym that at home. I see no difference between the results I get from Cathe DVDs or gym workouts though. I think consistency and doing workouts that are challenging enough for your fitness level is the key rather than gym or home.
