I just love to watch their infomercials.
I think they are one of the ways a person can buy Wen.
When my dog was a puppy and a handfull, I would have to get up early to be with him and I got hooked on watching infomercials.
My daughter actually calls our dog, Johnny, Guthy Renker because between housebreaking and walking Johnny, I watched Guthy Renker infomercials.
I still love infomercials..

I've had nothing but good experiences with them over the years. I think it's safe to proceed, as they've been around for a long time and seem to have a good reputation (which they'd like to maintain).

I have had great experiences with them over the years with whatever products I was buying and with returns they are just as courteous and helpful. Just know that when you do order some products such as skin-care and hair-care(love WEN) they generally have an auto refill shipment added to purchase so if you do not want that just let them know and they will change setting on your account.
