Hi Cathe -- I'm sure you hear it a lot, but I just want to tell you how fabulous you are. I was rotating your videos like crazy last summer and with the 9/11 junk (and I have nothing even close to what Denice experienced), I just really cut back on my workouts, not in frequency, but in intensity. I just didn't have the oooomph to get myself to push it, so I chose my lighter workouts and did more yoga for awhile (which was fun to explore too).

But my capacity and endurance has fallen, so I've finally taken the initiative to get back into your workouts. I did a few last week and did Rhythmic Step today (great way to start a week).

(Here comes the gushing part :)) You are so amazing. I love your personality, your warmth in how you talk to us while you're working out, your ability to choreograph fun and challenging workouts, & the way you make no apologies for making us push it to the max.

One of my children is calling me, but I just had to let you know how wonderful you are (now off to show him how wonderful he is -- he lost a toy :)) -- Renee
