Microwave a few apple slices for about 90 sec. with some sweatener and a little cinnamon on it.
Put a layer (about 1/2) cup fat free cottage cheese on it.
Top this with some fresh raspberries and a few walnuts.
This sounds really good! I even think I have everything, except rasberries, though I may have some frozen berries of some sort.
This kind of goes along with a thread I was thinking of, which is "What is your favorite secret snack?" We all have something (I hope) that we keep hidden away for when you are really craving it. I don't hide it, but I have myself fairly convinved that black licorice is good for me. It is one candy type thing I will munch on when I feel the hankering for candy. The reason I think it can be good for me is that it is the Panda all natural black licorice, and I was told years ago that it has a ton of iron in it. Who knows, I have never bothered to look because I like it, and that is good enough for me.
Then there is ice-cream.....but that is another story
Mine is not a dessert but is a favorite low guilt snack and is also something I will eat about 15 minutes before a workout for a little added energy if I need it. I take 2oz of fresh high moisture mozzarella, sliced and drizzled with a lo-cal lo-fat dressing or vinagrette.
