Hi everyone,

I plan to get GS Biceps, back & shoulders but am not I'm wondering if I should get GS Chest & Triceps. I avoid working chest because I have a tendency to slouch and chest workout would incrase that tendency. I already have SHH, the CTX series, PP&SS, BM2. But, even wtih all those workouts, I hear such great comments about the GS series that am wondering if it's worth the expense anyway even if I do only triceps.

Nathalie,
Hi! I done this workout the other day and my triceps hurt for 2 days, no kiddingx( It was a good thing. You could always go light on the chest work.

To answer your question...I think it's a great workout!}( And well worth the money!

Nathalie-

Are you saying you never work out your chest? If you have an imbalance, ignoring one muscle group altogether still won't benefit you. Like omitting an entire food group from your diet, your body needs all groups to function!

As suggested, you can go lighter on the chest work but I wouldn't skip it altogether every time. Even just doing the pushups will help you gain strength in your core, which will improve your posture.

I'm with Amy G on the issue of imbalance. Not a good idea.

I did GSCT last night and am already feeling the soreness. I shook like crazy because I upped my weight and forced myself to really focus on my triceps. By tomorrow, I'll be in excruciating pain. In a bit, it's Butts and Gutts. Double ouch.

Absolutley. This triceps workout gets mine like no other. Re: chest: like has been suggested, go lighter or don't do some of the reps. I tend to do only 2 sets as opposed to 3 with the chest.

You do have a good point about imbalance. I never really saw it that way: I was thinking more about not increasing my problem. Your suggestions about working out with lighter weights and doing less reps make a lot of sense. With that in mind, it makes it worth to get GS Chest & Triceps!!!!! :7
