Has anyone done them? Does the supersets one include all exercises just back to back to eliminate the breaks? Some days I need to be done quicker but I don't want to miss/skip any of the exercises. Thanks.
I think in the supersets she might eliminate the 3rd set but they're still great premixes at around 35 mins. each. Try and have your weights set up as much as possible though because there's hardly any time to get ready for the next exercise.
It doesn't include all of the exercises. But believe me, you still get a good workout. I agree with the above poster, have your wts ready. Or do what I do- pause for a longer rest
